Estrogens increase the risk of diseases including cancer, and they change the hormonal balance within your body and suppress muscle-building hormones. Your bodybuilding efforts are only as healthy and as effective as your natural hormones.

The trend to go BPA-free is substituting Tritan for BPA. What many do not know is that Tritan has more estrogenic activity than even BPA.
